RULES FOR COOKING TEAMS
  1. No sale of Alcohol or Distribution of Alcohol to the General Public (we need to make some money).
  2. Five wrist bands per team, per night.
  3. All teams are responsible for their conduct and housekeeping at their cook site.
  4. Unruly conduct will not be tolerated and any time or team member not complying will be asked to leave.
  5. Each entry shall be prepared at their designated site.
  6. All meat shall be cooked with either wood or charcoal substance.
  7. Two briskets may be tagged but one entered per paid entry.
  8. Tags are to remain on brisket upon slicing with a cook-off director present.
  9. Pinto beans any way you like-em.
  10. No beans in Chili.
  11. Potato salad prepared on site. Potatoes may be boiled at home.
  12. All entries shall be turned in on time at the judge’s table in the containers provided with the tape on bottom.
  13. It is the team’s responsibility to pick up and return containers at the judge’s table.
  14. No decorating entries or marks on the containers.                                             Good Luck!!
